Cleveland Browns star defensive end Myles Garrett will remain on the reserve/COVID-19 list this week and won't play Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, coach Kevin Stefanski announced Monday on Zoom.

Garrett tested positive for the virus last week and landed on the COVID-19 list Friday. He sat out Sunday's 22-17 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. The Browns tallied five sacks β€” including three by defensive end Olivier Vernon β€” of quarterback Carson Wentz in the victory

Stefanski declined to comment on how Garrett is feeling at this time.

Garrett is tied for the NFL lead in sacks with 9 1/2 in nine games.
