Tom Brady calls niece, UCLA softball player Maya Brady 'most dominant athlete' in family

There's another athlete in the Brady family.

The niece of Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, Maya Brady, plays softball at UCLA, and after she hit her first home run of the season Tom Brady honored her with a joke on social media.

"Maya Brady, the most dominant athlete in the Brady family...by far!" Brady tweeted Sunday evening.

Brady's home run came in a 14-0 victory Sunday, against San Jose State and came with two runners on base. Brady, who plays outfield and is a redshirt freshman, went 1 for 3 with the home run and three RBI in the game.

Her uncle is coming off his record seventh career Super Bowl championship in a 31-9 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 55. He also took home his fifth Super Bowl MVP award, which is another NFL record for most ever.

Maya Brady has another uncle who's a famous athlete, three-time American League All-Star and two-time World Series champion Kevin Youkilis, who played first and third base for the Boston Red Sox.
