Ben Roethlisberger calls out 'undisciplined' Steelers after loss

Four days after telling his teammates "follow me," Ben Roethlisberger made it clear he expects the Pittsburgh Steelers to fall in line.

The veteran quarterback made his displeasure with his team's performance clear after a 35-30 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday pushed Pittsburgh to 4-5.

"We are undisciplined and not accountable," Roethlisberger told reporters after the game, according to ESPN. "That's why (the Cowboys) are one of the best in the business and we're not right now."

Roethlisberger threw for 408 yards and three touchdowns on 37-of-46 passing, capping his performance with a fake-spike touchdown pass to Antonio Brown that gave Pittsburgh a 30-29 lead with 42 seconds left. But the Cowboys drove down the field and notched the winning score on Ezekiel Elliott's 32-yard burst through the Steelers' defense.

Asked about the source of the Steelers' problems, Roethlisberger said reflection was necessary for the entire team.

"I don't know," Roethlisberger said. "Is it players? Is it coaches? I don't know, but we need to get there quick."
