Report: Minnesota Vikings rookie Jaylen Twyman injured in shooting

Rookie defensive tackle Jaylen Twyman of the Minnesota Vikings was shot four times on Monday, but is expected to make a full recovery, his agent Drew Rosenhaus told ESPN.

According to a tweet from ESPN's Adam Schefter, Twyman was visiting his aunt in Washington, D.C., when he was shot while sitting in a car.

"Wrong place, wrong time," Rosenhaus told Schefter. “In talking to him today, he’s going to be OK - that’s all that matters. We’re thankful he’s OK. He will make a full recovery.”

According to Rosenhaus, Twyman sustained only superficial exit wounds and will not need surgery.
