Coyotes forward Josh Archibald suspended 2 games for hit on Predators' Ryan Hartman

NEW YORK (AP) β Arizona Coyotes forward Josh Archibald was suspended for two games without pay by the NHL on Friday for an illegal check to Nashville forward Ryan Hartman's head.
Archibald was given a minor penalty for an illegal check to the head Thursday night in the Coyotes' 2-1 home victory. The suspension will cost Archibald $7,258.
Archibald has two penalty minutes in nine games this season.
Meanwhile, Pittsburgh Penguins forward Matt Cullen was fined $1,000 for a dangerous trip of Tampa Bay Lightning forward J.T. Miller.
The infraction came during the first period of Thursday night's game, a 4-3 victory by Tampa Bay. Cullen was assessed a minor penalty for tripping.
