The 2018-19 Stanley Cup Playoffs roll on with each of the first-round quarterfinal series having played two games. Sunday's slate sees the New York Islanders vs. Pittsburgh Penguins, Winnipeg Jets vs. St. Louis Blues, and San Jose Sharks vs. Vegas Golden Knights all play Game 3. The Tampa Bay Lightning and Columbus Blue Jackets will be covered in an additional article.

New York Islanders at Pittsburgh Penguins - 12 p.m. Eastern

Moneyline: The Penguins are heavy favorites at -196 as the series relocates to Pittsburgh. G Robin Lehner has stopped 63 of 67 shots faced through two games and RW Jordan Eberle leads the way with two goals and two assists. We'll go with Pittsburgh to get back in the series at PPG Paints Arena.

Against the spread: The Islanders won't go down easy on the road and have looked like the better team in both games thus far. They'll keep it close and cover +1.5 at -180.

Over/under: The total of 5.5 played to either side in New York. Lehner had a better save percentage on the road this year, but he allowed more goals as a visitor. Take the OVER at +121.

Winnipeg Jets at St. Louis Blues - 7:30 p.m. Eastern

James Carey Lauder-USA TODAY Sports

Moneyline: The Blues were able to steal both games in Winnipeg and can quickly wrap up the first-round series at Enterprise Center. The lower-seeded team is now a huge favorite to win the series as it shifts back home. Keep rolling with G Jordan Binnington at -160.

Against the spread: Both games in Winnipeg were decided by just a goal, but the Blues now have an added advantage on home ice. -1.5 is the play at +175.

Over/under: The total remains 5.5 for Game 3 with the first two contests playing to either side. The Blues will likely keep it even tighter on home ice, so we'll take the UNDER at -131.

San Jose Sharks and Vegas Golden Knights - 10 p.m. Eastern

Moneyline: One of just four playoff series to be tied 1-1 through the opening two games, the lower-seeded Golden Knights are being given -150 to win their first home game of the postseason. We'll take that price as they went 7-3 at home in last year's playoffs.

Against the spread: Both games thus far were decided by two or more goals. The larger spread in favor of Vegas pays +175 Sunday.

Over/under: The total is up to 6.5 Sunday for the highest number on the slate. The first two games each went OVER and that's our play again in what's been one of the best series of the first round.
