Philadelphia 76ers at Brooklyn Nets: By the Numbers

  • The Sixers answered the Game 1 upset loss by hanging 145 points on the Nets in Game 2, though they also allowed 123.
  • Just one Nets starter scored in double figures in Game 2, but four bench players also hit that mark. None of them topped 20 points with Spencer Dinwiddie's 19 leading the way.

  • Sixers C Joel Embiid went for 23 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, and one steal in just under 21 minutes of floor time despite battling injury.
  • Philadelphia won the Game 2 rebound battle 49-32 and recorded five more steals than Brooklyn.

Philadelphia 76ers at Brooklyn Nets: Key Injuries

Embiid's knee continues to be a concern for Philadelphia. He's listed as questionable and his status will need to be monitored right up until game time.

Nets PF Jared Dudley said he'll return from a calf issue for Game 3 after missing the second game of the series. He scored four points with four assists in the opener.

Philadelphia 76ers at Brooklyn Nets: Best Bet

Moneyline: The 76ers are -145 favorites on the road after splitting their two home games. Embiid showed in Game 2 that he can play very well through his injury and bettors can again trust the higher-seeded team.

Against the spread: There's a better number on Philadelphia to cover -2.5. Take that instead of the outright at -110.

Over/under: Neither team defense showed up in Game 2. The total has risen to 227.5 and the UNDER is the play at -110 as they both try to keep it close.
