Baylor at TCU: Three things to know
- Baylor opened the season 7-0 ATS, but they failed to cover in two in a row from Dec. 30-Jan. 2 before a win and cover over Oklahoma on Wednesday, 76-61 against an 11.5-point number. The Under has cashed in four of the past five for the Bears.
- TCU was manhandled on its own floor by Kansas its last time out, falling 93-64 on Tuesday, not even coming close as 6.5-point underdogs. They had won the past two outright as an underdog while going 3-0 ATS in the previous three. The Over is 3-1 in four games for TCU as an underdog this season.
- The Over has connected in five of the past six for Baylor against teams with a winning overall record, and the Over is 20-8 in their previous 28 road games against a team with a winning home record. The Over has connected in five of six at home for TCU, and five of the previous six against teams with a winning overall mark.

Money line (ML)
Baylor (-1000) should be able to coast by TCU with relative ease, but there is no sense risking 10 times your potential return. There is absolutely no value in that wager with a ton of risk. PASS.
Against the spread (ATS)
BAYLOR -12.5 (-110) is a strong play based upon the trends in this series, as the favorite has cashed in nine of the last 11 meetings in this series. The Bears are also an impressive 19-7 ATS in the past 26 against teams with a winning overall record.
Meanwhile, TCU +12.5 (-110) has failed to cover in each of the past four at home, and they're 3-7 ATS in the past 10 at home against teams with a winning road record.
Over/Under (O/U)
UNDER 144.5 (-110) is the way to go, as Baylor's defense has had it on lockdown lately. The Under is 4-1 in the previous five for the Bears, and they have allowed 65 or fewer points in four of those five outings.
Baylor yields just 62.4 PPG, which ranks 30th in the country, and that should more than offset the fact the Bears are tossing up 91.2 PPG, fifth in the country.
