The Toronto Raptors (18-29) visit the Oklahoma City Thunder (19-27) Wednesday at Chesapeake Energy Center for an 8 p.m. ET tip-off. Below, we analyze the Raptors-Thunder odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.

Both teams are on three-game losing skids. They haven't played each other this season, but Toronto beat OKC 130-121 as a 1-point road underdog in their second of two meetings last season. The Thunder won 98-97 in the first head-to-head clash of the 2019-20 season.

The Raptors have slipped to 11th in the Eastern Conference while going just 2-14 since Feb. 23. The Thunder are 13th in the Western Conference after losing five of their last seven games.

Raptors at Thunder: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Raptors 121. Thunder 110

Money line (ML)

The Thunder would match up well against the Raptors if either or both of Dort or Gilgeous-Alexander were available for this game, but being so shorthanded in the backcourt is a major disadvantage in this cross-conference battle.

The Raptors attempt the third-most 3-pointers per game in the NBA and have the ninth-best success rate. The Thunder are sixth in 3-point defense for the season, but the two aforementioned guards are the biggest reason why.

Toronto will snap its losing skid on the road, but PASS on the chalky money line in favor of the spread.

Against the spread (ATS)

Even without Lowry, the RAPTORS -7.5 (-110) will win by 8 or more points to get back in the preferred column. They're the much healthier team and have a major advantage beyond the 3-point arc as a result.

OKC is just 24th in the NBA in team 3-point percentage for the season and Gilgeous-Alexander and Dort both average two made 3s per game to share second place on the team.

Over/Under (O/U)

Back the OVER 220.5 (-110) with Toronto expected to have its way from deep against the undermanned Thunder.

Toronto is 3-1 against the O/U over its last four games while OKC is 2-1 against the number over its last three contests.
