Chicago Bulls at Miami Heat odds, picks and prediction

Sportsbook Wire

The Chicago Bulls (25-35) play the second end of a two-game set against the Miami Heat (32-29) Monday at American Airlines Arena. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze the Bulls-Heat odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.

The Bulls were tripped up 106-101 by the Heat as 4.5-point underdogs as the Over connected on Saturday. Chicago has still won and covered three of their past five games overall.

The Heat have won and covered four of the last five games overall while hitting the Under in four of the past five as well. Miami is 2-0 SU and against the spread in the two previous meetings this season.

Bulls at Heat: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Heat 104, Bulls 98

Money line (ML)

The HEAT (-190) are just a touch above my normal limit for standalone money line plays, but sometimes you have to make exceptions.

These teams are playing in the second end of a back-to-back, and it's obviously a lot less stressful just playing a team straight up, especially when they have recent knowledge of each other and the line can really go either way.

Against the spread (ATS)

Take the HEAT -4.5 (-110), but go lightly. They barely covered in the front end of the back-to-back set.

They should be able to inch across the finish line for another cover, but it will likely be a sweatshop with the result determined in the final minute.

Over/Under (O/U)

UNDER 206.5 (-110) is a super low line in this day and age of the NBA, but it's Miami's defense driving this line.

They rank third in the NBA with 107.1 PPG allowed, with teams hitting just 45.1% from the field, also third.

And Miami ranks just 27th in the points scored at 106.4 PPG. Look for another low-scoring game here.
