The Oklahoma City Thunder (20-41) remain on the road Tuesday night as they attempt to snap their 14-game losing skid. They visit the Boston Celtics (32-29), who have dropped their last two games. Tip-off will be at 7 p.m. ET at TD Garden. Below, we analyze the Thunder-Celtics odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.

The Thunder have hit an absolute wall in April, losing their last 14 games and covering the spread only three times in that span. Injuries have really caused OKC to struggle, but the Thunder haven't been a threat in the Western Conference all season. Their most recent loss was a 121-90 defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia 76ers Monday night, which came after a 20-point loss to the Washington Wizards.

The Celtics found a groove this month before losing three of their last four games, including losses to the Charlotte Hornets and Brooklyn Nets in the last five days. PG Kemba Walker and SF Jayson Tatum are nursing injuries and won't play Tuesday, but they will have SG Evan Fournier and SG Jaylen Brown, as well as PG Marcus Smart, so they have plenty of talent available.

Though the Celtics seem to have turned a corner by winning seven of their last 10 games, I still wouldn't put anything on the money line tonight. There isn't enough upside on the -650 tag.

Against the spread (ATS)

The Celtics covered the spread in five of their last eight games but failed to do so in their last two contests. Without Walker and Tatum, their scoring is likely to be down, thus improving the chances the Thunder cover.

Over/Under (O/U)

The total went Under the projected number in six of the Thunder's last nine games. It has also gone Under in 11 of the Celtics' last 13 home games. Boston hasn't topped 104 points in any of its last four games and the Thunder consistently score around 100 per game.
