The Portland Trail Blazers (36-28) play their fifth contest of a six-game road trip against the Atlanta Hawks (35-30) Monday at State Farm Arena. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze the Trail Blazers-Hawks odds and lines, with NBA picks and predictions.

The Trail Blazers picked up an impressive 129-119 win over the Boston Celtics as 1-point favorites Sunday, and face the quick turnaround with a back-to-back in Atlanta. They're 4-2 straight up and against the spread in their past six games in the second end of a back-to-back.

The Hawks are coming off a 108-97 win over the Chicago Bulls Saturday and covered the spread as 8.5-point favorites. That snapped an 0-3 SU/ATS skid. The Under is 4-1 in the previous five outings for Atlanta.

These teams met earlier in the season in Portland, with the Blazers coming up with a 112-106 win as 5-point favorites as the Under (234) comfortably connected.

The TRAIL BLAZERS (+105) are worth a play as small road underdogs. It's a little worrisome that they're playing on the road in a back-to-back, but they have recently handled themselves well in the situation.

Against the spread (ATS)

The TRAIL BLAZERS +2 (-115) are a better play on the money line, as catching two points doesn't do much, but if you're hellbent on the idea of the Hawks winning by one, roll with the Blazers plus the bucket.

Over/Under (O/U)

UNDER 236.5 (-110) is the play here. The Under cashed in four of the past five games for the Hawks, while going 9-3 in their past 12 against winning sides. The Under is also 7-2 in the past nine as a home favorite for Atlanta.
