Perez allowed three earned runs, four hits and three walks across five innings in a victory against the Indians on Sunday. It was his first outing in three tries without a quality start, but the O's backed him and the bullpen with 18 runs.
LHP Rich Hill is the projected starting pitcher for the Rays. He is 5-2 with a 3.05 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, 9.2 K/9 and 2.9 BB/9 over 62 IP through 12 starts.
Hill has won each of his past two starts while tossing 10 scoreless innings. He has also won four of his previous five outings. The last time he faced the Orioles in Baltimore, he allowed one run in six innings in a win May 20.

The RAYS -1.5 (-105) are a much better play on the run line at near even money. Tampa doubled up the Orioles +1.5 (-115), covering the run line in the opener Friday.
The Rays also swept a three-game set at Camden Yards May 18-20, outscoring the O's 32-14 while covering the run line in each of those outings, too. That includes a 10-1 win behind Hill on May 20.
Over/Under (O/U)
The OVER 7.5 (-110) is the lean here, but it's only worth a small-unit play. Tampa should be able to roll up enough offense against Lopez, but Baltimore will struggle against the southpaw.
