  • Toyota picked up the checkered flag in six of the previous seven races at Pocono Raceway.
  • The winning driver started ninth or better in six of the past eight Cup Series starts at Pocono, and 12 of the past 17 at the 2.5-mile Pennsylvania Triangle track.
  • Penske Racing's Ryan Blaney posted an average speed of 142.292 mph during his win at Pocono in 2017. It was the top average speed by a winner among any active driver in the field.
  • Harvick is tied with Kurt Busch with 14 finishes inside the Top 5, and Hamlin is right on their heels with 13 runs of fifth or better. Penske Racing's Brad Keselowski is the only other driver with 10 or more finishes inside the Top 5 at Pocono.

Positional bets for 2021 Pocono Organics CBD 325

Denny Hamlin Top 3 Finish (+175)

This is a tremendous bet, and Hamlin isn't a bad bet for the straight-up victory at Pocono, either. He heads into Saturday's race with six checkered flags at Pocono Raceway, including two in the past three races here. HAMLIN TOP 5 FINISH (-105) is also a good bet at near even money.

Brad Keselowski Top 3 Finish (+350)

This is a value play with a chance to multiply your stake three and a half times if Keselowski can finish third or higher. In addition, KESELOWSKI TOP 5 FINISH (+190) is also a very good play with a chance to nearly double up.

Yes, Toyota, not Ford, has dominated this race in recent seasons, but Keselowski is second among all active drivers with a 10.95 Average-Finish Position (AFP) at Pocono Raceway.

Kurt Busch Top 5 Finish (+650)

This is certainly worth a small-unit play, as Busch has finished fifth or better in 14 of his 39 Cup Series starts at the Tricky Triangle. KURT BUSCH TOP 10 FINISH (+135) at plus-money is worth playing a little more, as this is one of the props I like the most on Saturday's board.

2021 Pocono Organics CBD 325 head-to-head/matchup plays

DENNY HAMLIN (-115) over Kyle Busch (-105)

Hamlin has dominated for years at this track, including wins in two of the past three runs. Rowdy, Hamlin's teammate, won't be a pushover and has three wins himself at this track; however, Hamlin has been the gold standard here.

WILLIAM BYRON (-115) over Martin Truex Jr. (-105)

Byron actually leads all active drivers with a 9.67 AFP in his six-career Cup starts at Pocono. While Truex has two wins in 30 Cup starts at this track, something has just been off with MTJ in recent weeks. Byron is the play head-to-head.

RYAN NEWMAN (+100) over Daniel Suarez (-120)

Newman has a victory at this track, and he is sixth among all active drivers with at least 10 Cup Series starts at Pocono, posting a respectable 13.3 AFP. Suarez has finished 11th or worse in five of his eight career starts here.
