Four of the last five meetings between these two teams have been decided by two or fewer runs and this sets up as a game that should be close throughout. However, there doesn't appear to be enough value to take +1.5 runs with either the Marlins (-210) or Phillies (-210). It's probably best to just PASS on the run line.
