RHP Dane Dunning is the projected starting pitcher for the Rangers. He is 3-6 with a 4.38 ERA, 1.51 WHIP, 9.6 K/9 and 3.3 BB/9 in 74 IP over 16 starts.
Dunning allowed just three hits and two walks with four strikeouts across four scoreless innings in a 68-pitch no-decision at Oakland last Thursday.

The Rangers (-190) are just a little too expensive for my liking especially since the Tigers (+155) have been playing pretty good ball over the past week. Risking nearly two times your potential return is not a recommended play. Look to the run line instead.

Run line/Against the spread (ATS)
The RANGERS -1.5 (+105) are a much better play on the run line as Urena has been terrible lately, and the Texas offense should be able to fare pretty well against them. The Rangers are looking to bounce back after dropping the opener, and they should find the sledding fairly easy against Urena.
Over/Under (O/U)
The OVER 9 (-115) is the best play on the board as Urena hasn't been able to keep the ball in the park lately. He allowed four solo shots in Cleveland last time out and seven total homers in his past two road starts. Look for more of the same in Arlington.
