Topuria (-225) is a rather strong favorite in his third fight at the UFC level. That's just too risky. Instead, get a little more specific.
Topuria won his first seven fights as a pro by submission, and two of his past three via KO/TKO, including last time out against Jackson. He is fighting a guy who hasn't fought in nearly two calendar years so TOPURIA BY KO/TKO, DQ OR SUBMISSION (+105) on the 5-way line is a much better value.

Over/Under (O/U)
It's a little borderline expensive, but taking NO (-185): WILL THE FIGHT GO THE DISTANCE? is a decent play. It's a little more risky, but UNDER 2.5 ROUNDS (-140) is a better play as the fight should finish in the first 7:30.
