The RAYS (+105) are a decent play as slight 'dogs in the finale as they look for the three-game series sweep behind Hill. While the southpaw's spin rate and velocity have been down lately, and he hasn't been going terribly deep into games, Hill still seems to do it with smoke and mirrors while limiting the damage when he is in the game.

The RAYS +1.5 (-155) are worth a small-unit wager on the run line against Ray. Yes, the Toronto southpaw pitched very well last time out against Tampa Bay, but teams usually bounce back in successive starts by using what they learned last time out to produce better results at the plate.
