Texas A&M at Missouri odds, picks and prediction

The No. 18 Texas A&M Aggies (4-2, 1-2 SEC) travel to meet the Missouri Tigers (3-3, 0-2) Saturday at Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium in Columbia, Mo. Kickoff is scheduled for noon ET. Below, we look at the Texas A&M vs. Missouri odds and lines, and make our expert college football picks, predictions and bets.

The Aggies have just one win in three conference games, but that win was a biggie. They shocked the world, dumping No. 1 Alabama 41-38 last week in front of the 12th man. It was their second straight Over after the Under opened 4-0.

The Tigers have been spinning their wheels, going 3-3. Offense isn't a problem, as they have scored 24 or more points in all six outings, and 34 or more on four occasions. But defensively, Mizzou is suspect, ranked 129th with 498.8 total yards per game allowed, while ranking 130th with 288.2 rushing yards per game allowed. The Tigers are also coughing up 37.5 PPG, checking in 122nd.

Rankings according to the AFCA Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.

Texas A&M at Missouri odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Texas A&M 41, Missouri 24

Money line

Texas A&M (-420) is flying high after an upset victory over Alabama, but it's still a risky play at 4.2 times your potential return as this is a typical letdown spot hitting the road after a big win.

AVOID and look to the spread instead.

Against the spread

TEXAS A&M -11.5 (-107) has posted a 1-2 ATS mark in three previous games after a straight-up victory. Prior to the 'Bama win, A&M had lost to a mediocre Mississippi State team at home before falling against Arkansas in a neutral-site game. The Aggies' offensive explosion against Alabama was rather surprising, as they had averaged just 19.0 points per game (PPG) in the previous four outings.

However, Missouri has a brutal defense. The Tigers are very giving, and the Aggies should be able to have their way.

Plus, Mizzou is 0-6 ATS so far this season, so why stop fading the Tigers now?

Over/Under

OVER 59.5 (-107) is the best play on the board. The Tigers have struggled to stop everybody, and the Aggies will be able to pile up plenty of points. Texas A&M is also very giving since kicking off the SEC schedule, allowing 28.0 PPG.
