The San Antonio Spurs (11-18) are on the road Monday to face the Los Angeles Clippers (16-14) for the second time this season. Tip-off is 10:30 p.m. ET at Staples Center. Below, we look at the Spurs vs. Clippersodds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.

The Spurs are coming off a 121-114 road loss to the Sacramento Kings Sunday. They have alternated wins and losses for their last seven games.

The Clippers return home for one game after two road losses in a row to the Utah Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunder. The two losses came after four wins in a row. They have been much better at home than on the road. They are 12-7 at Staples Center and 4-7 everywhere else.

The Clippers won 106-92 at home in their first meeting with the Spurs Nov. 16. San Antonio is 5-9 on the road this season although it's 3-2 in it's last five road contests.

The Clippers are 12-7 at home this season and have won their last three games at Staples Center. They will bounce back from their loss to the Thunder.

Take the CLIPPERS (-190).

Against the spread

The Spurs have outperformed their straight-up record against the spread, going 16-13 ATS. The Spurs have covered the spread in eight of their last 12 games.

The Clippers are 4-4 ATS in their last eight and 13-17 ATS overall.

The Clippers won by 14 in the first meeting and I anticipate a similar outcome Monday.
