Obama, Clinton campaign together on Monday

Presidents Obama and Clinton

Back together again.

President Obama will campaign with Democratic predecessor Bill Clinton on Monday in three key states: Florida, Ohio and Virginia.

The two have campaigned before, and Clinton has cut television commercials for the Democratic incumbent. Obama often says his economic plans mirror those of the Clinton administration, which saw economic growth and expansion.

Many of Obama's aides consider Clinton's speech at the Democratic convention in September to be one of the highlights of the convention.

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Obama said, "Our relationship is terrific. He did a masterful job, obviously, at the convention ... I'm talking to him regularly, and he has given me good advice."
