Long-range forecasts range from Beryl moving directly west into Mexico to taking a curve north in the Gulf of Mexico, where South Texas to the tip of Florida's western Panhandle could feel direct impacts of wind and rain associated with the storm.

Where is Carriacou Island?
Carriacou Island is located less than 30 miles northeast of Grenada, about 50 miles southwest of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The island is about 1,500 miles southeast of Miami.
