Tips to protect
your privacy

By Kim Komando

Amazon is tracking you in ways
you may have
 never considered.

You can take back your privacy
by following
these steps.

The site keeps a detailed history of the items you browse. By clearing your history, you can shut
out suggestions.

Erase your Amazon
browsing history

Delete your Alexa recordings

You can delete recordings one by one, or wipe everything at once.

Hide your
order history

Theres no way to delete your entire order history permanently, but you can archive orders and hide them from view.

Control who can see and hear you while using Echo Show

Someone could watch or listen to what’s going on in the room after a 10-second delay.
