The beginning of summer is almost here, which can only mean one thing: vacation time is nigh! To kick off the official season of travel, Kendall, Kylie, and Kris Jenner took a getaway to Mallorca, Spain this weekend; Kendall, in particular, carried an eye-popping bag for her flight home. This wasn’t your standard carry-on luggage: The model carted one of fashion’s most luxurious (and enormous!) bags onto her private plane. And no, it wasn't an expected Hermès Birkin bag or a Louis Vuitton duffel—it was a Phoebe Philo, okay?
Philo, the former creative director of Celine, has a history of creating It bags (cue: the Phantom), so it’s no surprise that her namesake label, launched last year, has a big focus on accessories. Unsurprisingly, they are also all very luxurious. Jenner carried Philo’s XL Cabas tote in toffee suede, complete with black leather lining. If you want to get your hands on the perfectly-slouchy, spacious design, be warned: It retails for a cool $8,200. But at least it’s practical. Per the Phoebe Philo website, it measures 41 cm long x 57.5 cm wide x 27.5cm deep, meaning it’s certainly a roomy enough bag for schlepping to work or to an airport, à la Jenner. You can fit several soccer balls in there—and perhaps a medium-sized dog, too!
