Can La La Land charm SAG?

We’re in the thick of awards season, where front-runners swap spots at the top of everyone’s list, and we wait with bated breath for the final list of Oscar nominees. Today, the Academy’s largest voting bloc announced the selections that made their short list. Manchester by the Sea led the crop of nominated movies with four nominations, with Moonlight and Fences close behind with three each. The Crown, Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones, Stranger Things, and Westworld were SAG’s picks for the top-five television ensembles.
