The rumors were true, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx were in fact dating for all of these years. But before you get all excited, you should probably know that they have already broken up, according to E! News. Holmes and Foxx were first rumored to be an item back in 2013, but they kept their relationship a very closely guarded secret. This might have been because of a rumored clause in Holmes’s divorce settlement with Tom Cruise that forbade her from dating anyone else for five years (which is something Leah Remini’s TV show may want to look into!) But while the couple appeared together at the Met Gala in May, in what seemed like a movie destined to cement them as Kamie Hoxx (or Jatie Folmes?) it was actually a grand finale, as they reportedly split that same month. And all this without so much as an Instagram caption to alert us. It seems like the two stars did not even want to share their very personal romantic lives with us, as they only confirmed the breakup after Foxx was spotted holding hands with a singer named Sela Vave outside a nightclub. It seems Vave and Foxx two have gotten fairly close this summer, and it is maybe worth casually mentioning that it appears Vave just recently graduated high school in 2018. But don’t panic, a source told People that “she’s just a girl he’s helping out, a young singer.” So, nothing to see here, folks!
