SMITHFIELD TWP., Pa. – Kidnapped, tied up in a storage container, and sexually assaulted.

State Police say three women and a teenage girl have survived a horrific ordeal. Authorities have arrested and charged two men in an investigation that spans three counties.

"There was a car chase, there were kidnappings, transportation to places of isolation, threats of murder, of mayhem, and sexual assaults," said Monroe County District Attorney Michael Mancuso.

Mancuso said the female victims were kidnapped by Davaun Jackson and his accomplice, Isaiah Rogers-Keeney. The female victims witnessed a shooting in Wilkes Barre, and the two men allegedly wanted to keep them quiet.

"There was a bloody shirt taken from the car that had a bullet hole in it," said Mancuso.

The suspects are not accused of pulling the trigger, but they allegedly abducted the four victims and took them to Jackson's remote property in Smithfield Township, Monroe County off of Airstrip Rd.

The two men allegedly tied the victims up and put them in shipping containers.

"There was one minor there. The minor was 17 years old. The other ones were, the age range was I believe 18 to 21," said Mancuso.

While they were there Monday night, Jackson is accused of threatening the victims with weapons, and sexually assaulting two of them. Kristoff Johnson, who owns a car repair shop called Non-Fixtion right next door, couldn't believe this happened so close by.

"You think you can see this, you think you can catch it, but in reality it can be in broad daylight. It can be someone you speak to every day," said Johnson.

Jackson and Rogers-Keeney allegedly took the women to another property Jackson owns in Pen Argyl on Tuesday. It was there that he let one of the victims have her phone back, and she quickly called her mother.

"It was the mother of one of the victims that called the police," said Mancuso.

The mother described what car the suspects were driving, and state troopers tracked the suspects to the Walmart in Mount Pocono, where they were arrested. Mancuso said his office has actually been following Jackson for some time.

"There has been an investigation that has involved him over the course of the last several months," said Mancuso.

Jackson is facing 14 charges, and Rogers-Keeney is facing 23 charges. Both include kidnapping, sexual assault, and false imprisonment, but Mancuso said they could face more charges in the future.

"We needed to make the charges that we thought were most appropriate now, but everything's on the table," said Mancuso.

Both Jackson and Rogers-Keeney are being held without bail. Mancuso said all of the victims, including the shooting victim in Wilkes Barre, are going to survive, and Monroe County is offering the four female victims who were abducted mental health services.
