Craig Allen Hadley, 57, of St. Marys, WV, passed away on July 9, 2024. He was born on February 19, 1967, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of Odessa Hunt of St. Marys, WV, and the late Michael Hadley. He was a graduate of the Baltimore International Culinary College. He had been a Chef for Barron Hilton in Reno, NV, and been an owner and chef at two restaurants in Broadway, NC. He loved cooking.

In addition to his mother, Craig is survived by sister, Toni Hopkins of Columbia, MD, brother TJ Hunt, Jr. of Tampa, FL, nieces and nephews, Evan (Lexie), AJ, Tre, Jordan, and Aliyah Hopkins, Asher, Ara, and Emmitt Hunt, great nephews, Aziel and Zamari Hopkins, sister-in-Law, Jane Hadley, step-mother, Nancy Hadley, aunts, Linda Faris, and Mary Jo (Bud) Corbin, uncles, Terry (Nancy) Hadley and Keith (Debby) Hadley, several close cousins, his favorite four-legged friend, Bailey Boo, and special thanks to his extended family, his best friend Andre Hopkins, Bobby Bills, Lewis and Jenny Houser, Bill and Erin Norman, and Rosie and Kirby Seese. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother Michael Max (Big) Hadley, II, uncle Tony Roden, paternal grandparents Rex and Virginia Hadley, and maternal grandparents Vic and Freda Roden.

Services will be held Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home in St. Marys, WV, with Pastor Bud Corbin officiating. Interment will be in the Maple Lane Masonic Cemetery in Hebron, WV. Friends may call from 12 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. An online guest register is available at www.ingramfh.com.
