The Washington County Jail passed a rigorous inspection

MARIETTA, Ohio. (WTAP) - The Washington County Jail recently completed and passed an inspection conducted by the United States Marshal Service.
The inspection allows Marshals to check if housing, dietary, religious, and safety needs are met.
Jail administrator Major Kevin Carr believes that this wouldn’t be possible without the help of every officer.
The Washington County Jail ensure that the needs of the inmates are met year round.
They will undergo the same inspection next year.
