Bruce Siwy is a lifelong Pennsylvanian and a graduate of Pitt-Johnstown. He's worked as a both reporter and editor, winning more than a dozen statewide awards from the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association and Associated Press Managing Editors. These honors have come in a variety of categories including investigative, enterprise, business, sports/outdoors, column writing, podcasting and spot news. He covers the Pennsylvania Legislature, state budget, governor and elections for the USA TODAY Network. His first book, "Jailing the Johnstown Judge," was published in 2022 by the History Press in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
