Creamy Delights has been my family's favorite ice cream stand in the Hadley area for years. We are surprised that this year, the vanilla seems to be a different formula or something. Three of us went soon after the season opened, had our usual twist cones, and noticed a grainy texture, just with the vanilla, not the chocolate. We went another day to see if was maybe a one-time thing, but nope. Anyone else notice this?

Oh my heavens!!! Words cannot describe how utterly divine this ice cream tastes. From the first bite I knew it was like nothing I had ever tasted before. My husband and I had chocolate vanilla swirl & my daughter had a banana shake which brought rave reviews!! A must have if you visit South Hadley.

Best soft serve ice cream in the Pioneer Valley. Friendly staff, picnic tables available if you need them

Love this place so much. No frills--just the best soft serve in the valley. The ice cream is rich and creamy, and the people running it are always friendly. I always make a point to stop when I'm driving past them on a summer day!

I came specifically because I read they make custard style soft serve. They make chocolate vanilla and twist. It's not reeeeeaaaalllly custard style like I remember it, but gosh darn is it good. The custard style I remember was golden color. Custard style soft serve is better thicker and longer lasting than regular soft serve because there are egg yolks added in--- believe me it's worth it. If you care, seek this out.
Alright, Not only do they make improved custardy soft serve they give you free Oreos peanuts or sprinkles as a topping. This lil old lady put crushed Oreos on my soft serve by hand I loved it !! It's very cute and got some homey touches I appreciate, tablecloths on the picnic table and magazines out too ! It shows thought and care. Flayvors might have a slightly more idyllic spot, but the soft serve here is so satisfying and unique.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Curtis O.Windsor, VT05Jun 6, 2020
This is one of our family's favorite spots. Not only is the ice cream delicious and refreshing but the view is beautiful. The whole vibe is one that makes the experience something that you can't get many other places. Highly recommend!!!

Somewhere between a dream and a mystery, Creamy Delights is a lone soft serve outpost that will bring you back to the New England summer you did or didn't have growing up, it doesn't matter now, you're out on the plain on Rt 47 under the mountains and two local ice cream entrepreneurs make you a cone, a hot dog, and a fresh lemonade at a permanent fair stand. You get what you came for - a giant twist of luscious ice cream, a view to eat it with, and a sense of uncanny calm even though you're not quite sure how you went in a delightful, creamy ice cream portal by the side of this winding country road.

Creamy Delights is an old-fashioned carnival style ice cream stand. The soft serve is perfect in terms of flavor and texture. Stop in of you like nostalgia and soft serve the way it once was. There are a couple of picnic tables, but otherwise no facilities.

The soft serve is frozen custard: thick, flavorful, rich and delicious. Reminds me of Kohr's at the Jersey shore. They also have had freshly made ground beef burgers here, too. Definitely worth a stop. Note, they close early (7pm), but may have extended Summertime hours.

Best soft serve I've ever had. Super creamy, served at the perfect temperature and good value. Hard shell option available too. Only two flavors, chocolate and vanilla, which isn't a huge deal. Quality over quantity.
