Any chance of finding fried scallops or fried clams in NOLA???I've had fried clams as part of my seafood platter at Deanie's seafood in the Quarter. Most fried platters in town will have fried clams too.

What are people saying about fried seafood in New Orleans, LA?
This is a review for fried seafood in New Orleans, LA:
"This is the definition of a hole in the wall place with fantastic food! Don't judge a book by the cover. The place might be dive diner decor but the sea food was 5 star quality! I tried turtle soup here for the first time and I loved it! It was rich and filled with wonderful flavor. I highly recommend it. The waitress was like flow from Alice... just completely down home charm with lots of sass. The shrimp poor boy I had was huge and anything but poor. It was loaded with perfectly cooked fried shrimp and I just could not stop eating it! I wasn't going to finish it but suddenly it was gone and I was stuffed! Get here early as the parking is limited but the wonder food selection is not!"
