My Background. I am not quite an audiophile, but i am a discerning, and i really appreciate good sound. I tend to favor accuracy and balance.
For Bluetooth and the price i like these.
I have typically buy more expensive head phones but I wanted something relatively inexpensive, but not cheap i.e. good for the office which is where these fit in. I also wanted blue tooth.
Sound
These sound very good. I also own Senheiser 175 (RF) Sennheiser 650, the Audio Technica Mx50's and Sennheiser 598. Note all those are 1.5 to 2x the cost the at least, and have other limitations (RF, and the other are wired). These wouldn't be headphones I would expect to compete with on sound, and I would say they are as fun as any of them to listen to, and have great merits all their own out of the box. The range of sound relatively flat. I think it has more flexibility to boost the base the high end is a bit lighter but smooth, They have a bit of punch in the low end not extreme but nice to my ears. I find them incredibly comfortable. They are light, and comfortable. They are actually great for 60-80 dollars, and they pull off the blue tooth. The versatility is great. I can talk on my phone and use my pc at the same time. These are totally killer for that sort of thing. They are is no lag or blue tooth anomalies until 20+ feet out, and the bluetooth is really reliable. Battery is also great. All that considering most aspects of the sound are solidly "good".
Comfort:
Comfort is great. I can wear them the entire day at work. The foam isn't that ultra soft memory phone, but it is pretty good. because they are light they stay comfortable. If they wanted to go crazy they could add replaceable ear pads and have a felt option, since those wear out over time.
Annoyances.
There is a voice when you perform certain actions. the voice is way too loud. I have to take the head phones off when i push the buttons. I really don't like that, but that is the only thing that bothers me about these.
Sound Isolation,
I would like to see some improvement here. In this regard they are probably trying to balance weight. My Sennheiser 175 has the same issue, where i can hear conversation. They probably only block 20db max if i had to guess. A good studio headphone will block close to 30+ which can take conversations down to a whisper. Comparing to mx50 it isn't even close they isolate significantly more.That is what i miss about using the mx50's at the office. They block like work ear muffs, but require me to be chained to my computer. These block so so but are way more flexible.
My conclusion is that they are a great buy, if the quality holds up which we'll see i only had these for a week. I don't think i could go back to wired head phone for office/desk use. The range is fantastic. I am getting 30 feet in good circumstances. It comes with a really nice case, and has the corded function as a stand by. Don't worry too much about the sound if you typically buy head phones in this price range, they are really good there. The thing i always worry about here is the electronics and how that holds up. Also battery isn't replaceable that i can tell. That is also a annoying aspect. My Sennheiser 175 allow for replaceable battery. I personally think that sort of things is important. Granted i may be getting old but it is really not good for the environment to have these types of things disposable. We all need to work on that :) They do give you a one year warranty. Usually when i spend this kind of money i want something to last for 4-5 years at least.I will of course update in that case, but only time would tell.
Update after about a year.
I own two pairs of these one at work, one and home. No quality issues battery issues etc. I use them a lot, when i walk the dog, hike, yard work, computer, etc so they get legit use. I'll update in another six month or so on the battery again. Occasionally about 5 times over the last six months i hit an issues where the sound suddenly got choppy. In a couple of cases i think it was a windows blue tooth issue in the other it was a probably the head phone. Power cycle works fine on the headphones for this scenario. Five times over a year with how much i use them isn't bad and it isn't a persistent problem as i say power cycle work. Let me put it this way, I have all these nice head phones but these days i use these more than the others by far. They really sound plenty fine, are cheap comfortable, and reliable, and have a huge battery. It is really nice not to be chained to your computer or desk. I am still bother by the fact that they are essentially disposable with no way to replace the battery which eventually will fail. That bothers me because it is killing the environment, and is totally absurd we have been trained to accept that :)
My favorite uses are Podcasts, mp3s are fine you tube etc. If you are a hard core audiophile you need to have realistic expectations. They will be fine as basic utility bluetooh headphone, but don't expect "huge sound stage", amazing imaging etc immaculate sounds. this will be fine for most people in my opinion. I can be a bit of an audio enthusiast, but I am also cheap and have realistic expectation, and frankly value value. They really are pretty good. I have to give them 5 stars because they excel for what they are and what they cost.
These are simple and just work and are great for activity. Once i hit triple digits I start looking for higher end quality audio and niceties like removable pads etc. These are light and convenient though and don't have a lot of stupid buttons that are prone to getting damage from water. They are well sealed up.
Other considerations
These were about 70 as i recall when i bought them this review is based on that price.

Audition vs Audition Pro
I owned an Audition headphone (not Pro) for almost two years and it was my favorite headphone until it broke (more on that later). What I loved about them was that I could use them for travel, workout, and running (trained and ran my half-marathon with them), they were easy to wash as I could soak the foam cups in water and wipe the rest of the headphone with wet wipes. So, I decided to upgrade to Pro since they were supposed to be better than the non-Pro version.DifferencesOn the outside, the primary differences you would notice is that1. Pro headphones can fold at the end of the headband2. Premium color of black & gold instead of black & red3. The headband is more cushioned4. A travel box for headphone and cablesCertainly, Pro headphones feel more comfortable than the Audition headphones which could be because the headband is better cushioned (audition headband cushion flattened within a year of use) and the foam cups feel like they are of comparatively better quality. The folding might seem like a good idea, it's not particularly useful for putting them in the box (you can make it fit like in the photo attached but it doesn’t give you any benefit of extra space). Although, folding might be useful if you are throwing it directly a bag which could help you save a little space (not a lot though since they don’t flatten when they fold). The box is of decent quality and I don’t have any complaints with it. I certainly do prefer this premium color combination over the black and red of Audition headphones.Internally, the Pro headphones have Bluetooth 4.1 with low latency while Audition headphones only have Bluetooth 4.0. I never noticed much of latency with Audition headphones, so I can’t say I see any improvement regarding that, but everything sounds better. I’m no audiophile but music, movies sound a little better as the sound is more realistic. Audition headphones weren’t bad by any standard, but this feels better. Both have very high battery life close to what they advertise. I charge them probably once a month while using them for a daily workout (they stay on quite well when running too). This was my favorite aspect of both these headphones, not having to plug them in every week or so.IssuesThe one thing I dislike about the design is the wire going from headband to the earcups. Initially, I didn’t care much about it but because the earcups can swivel, the wire can get caught in between the metal hook and earcups. This can happen especially if you use your headphones in the tightest/lowest position. My Audition headphones broke because of this as the wire started fraying (see photo attached) and eventually these stopped turning on (wired mode still works though). Since I bought them during travel in a different country, I couldn’t get them replaced with warranty. The Pro also has the same issue and I am sure I will face the same issue again with these in a couple of years.VerdictSo, are the Pro headphones worth paying extra $25? Probably not. The Audition headphones are probably the best bang for your buck in this category. So, if that is what you are looking for then I’d suggest going for Audition headphones (which I would rate 4.5/5). If you are upgrading from Audition headphones to Pro headphones (which I would rate 4/5 by themselves and 3/5 for upgrade) it’s not worth the upgrade. As they are other headphones at $70 price range that even offer Noise canceling and other features.P.S. I had disconnection issues with the first set of Pro headphones I ordered. I contacted the customer support and they quickly sent out a replacement unit and ensured that I was satisfied with the replacement headphone.

I am not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination. I just love listening to music while on my (bluetooth-enabled) computer and I was tired of wires getting in my way while wearing headphones. After doing a lot of research on bluetooth headphones, I originally bought another pair of headphones that were advertised as over-ear headphones but were actually on-ear headphones. On-ear headphones do NOT work for me. They hurt my ears and are very uncomfortable to wear.
COMFORT: After that disappointment, I sprung for these Audition Pro aptX LL headphones. They were about double the price, but as it turns out they were well worth the extra cost. (These are the most expensive headphones I've ever purchased.) These headphones are actually over-ear! My ears fit completely inside the soft pads, which means the pads rest against my head and not against my ears. Yesterday I wore these headphones about 6 hours straight and they never once got uncomfortable or made my ears hurt from pressing against my head. Hallelujah! The headphones are easy to adjust, and the headband is comfortable as well.
AUDIO: In terms of audio quality, they suffice for my needs. As I said, I'm not an audiophile at all -- just an avid music lover. I did notice these headphones aren't nearly as "tinny" as the other headphones I bought, so that's a plus! The bass isn't overwhelming, nor is it non-existent. The audio seems to be well-balanced to my untrained ears.
BLUETOOTH/SYNC: Bluetooth is a blessing and a curse for me. I'm now free from those pesky wires, which is absolutely amazing! In addition, I can walk into the next room and the audio will still play as long as I don't walk too far away from my computer. The downside, like all other bluetooth headphones and earphones I've ever used, is that every now and then, the audio cuts out for a split second. I chalk this up to the bluetooth technology versus these particular headphones because, as I mentioned, this seems to occur with all bluetooth headphones I've used.
In terms of sync, I have watched some videos on my computer and the audio was never out of sync with the video. As far as I can tell, the "low latency" feature of these headphones is completely true.
BATTERY: I've had these headphones for three days. I charged them right after I bought them and since then I've put in probably about 20 hours of listening and I haven't received that dreaded low battery notification yet. (From what I read, it can scare you since it's loud!) The verdict is still out on the 40 hour battery claim.
CONNECTING TO DEVICES: As advertised, I had no issues connecting these headphones to either my phone or my computer.
ACCESSORIES: These headphones come with a hard travel case, a micro USB charging cable (wall adapter not included), and a 3.5 mm audio cable which is optional.
Overall I am very satisfied with these headphones and would definitely recommend them if you're looking for comfortable, reliable OVER-EAR headphones for under $100.
