The 12 Best Hallmark Christmas Movies of All Time

Andy Williams said it best: “It’s the most wonderful time of the year!” That sentiment is showcased by Hallmark and its three services’ (The Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and the Hallmark Now streaming service) commitment to providing you the best of their original holiday content throughout the year, but especially in November and December. (Quick aside: Peacock subscribers can also see most of these movies on that service, too.)

Obviously, we’re lucky ducks to have this much quality content to choose from, but it can also be overwhelming to narrow things down when trying to select a title out of the many original Christmas movies that they have to offer. Luckily, we’ve got your back, and so this holiday season we’re giving you the gift of a full low-down on the 12 best Hallmark Christmas movies of all time.

Read on to learn which films on the Hallmark Christmas movie schedule are most likely to make this holiday season your merriest, brightest, and most entertaining yet.

Alice’s nerves are only further exacerbated when her luggage is lost and phone broken on arrival, leaving her with no way to get in touch with Will’s family, since he’s only traveling home after he wraps up a business deal. As luck would have it, Alice runs into Will’s brother, Matt, at the airport, and he brings her home, where Alice swiftly finds herself falling for the kind Mitchum family, their holiday traditions, and… her fiancé’s brother. The romance and holiday wholesomeness are joined by a wild case of mistaken identity in what proves to, indeed, be “a very merry mix-up.”
