'Miraculous World: Shanghai – The Legend of Ladydragon'
In this family friendly adventure, undercover teen superhero Marinette travels to Hong Kong to hang out with her friend Adrien. But she’s suddenly left powerless after she loses all of her stuff – including the jewels she needs to transform into Ladybug. Now, Cat Noir and Ladybug must team up with a new hero to uncover the existence of a mysterious new jewel, the Prodigious, before Hawk Moth does.

'The Flash'
DC offers a highly anticipated closer look at superhero Barry Allen, otherwise known as The Flash, in this 2023 feature. In The Flash, Allen discovers he can use his super speed to travel through time and stop a tragic, life-altering event from happening. But the repercussions of meddling with the past are far greater than he could have ever imagined. With General Zod threatening to annihilate the world, Allen must team up with the Batman from that timeline, and the only Kryptonian superhero available – Supergirl.
'Home'
Home follows the unlikely trio of a young human girl, Gratuity aka Tip (Rihanna), her chubby cat, and a little fugitive alien called Oh (Jim Parsons). The three must team up together to stop the alien group of the Boov from world domination, and find Tip’s mom along the way. Though Tip doesn’t wholly trust Oh, he’s a friendly alien just looking to fit in.
'Shrek'
Love it or hate it, Shrek is now on Netflix. In our opinion, this is an amazing addition to the streamer’s library — but we understand that folks are against the film. To each their own! The 2001 classic follows a grumpy Ogre and a hilarious donkey as they go on a mission to rescue Fiona, the sleepy princess trapped in a tower with a dragon. Best served with: onions, waffles, cake, etc.
'The Super Mario Bros. Movie'
The iconic story of the Super Mario Brothers is finally told in this epic animated feature starring Chris Pratt, Charlie Day, and Anya Taylor-Joy. Mario and his brother Luigi, two plumbers from Brooklyn, find themselves lost in the Mushroom Kingdom where they must go up against King Bowser and his army before they wipe out the Kingdom. But Bowser has a secret of his own, and Mario must save Princess Peach from his clutches before it’s too late.

'Minions'
Before Gru, there was Scarlet Overkill. Minions is the origin story that we didn’t know we needed. In this 2015 comedy, minions Kevin, Stuart, and Bob take us on a journey back in time to see how the minions began working with supervillains and became the adorable henchmen we know them to be. If you’re a fan of Despicable Me, or under the age of 10, Minions is sure to be an enjoyable feature for the entire family.
'Trigger Warning'
Jessica Alba is back, baby. The Fantastic Four star is coming out of her hiatus to helm Netflix’s latest action-adventure feature Trigger Warning. Alba stars as former Special Forces officer Parker, who investigates her father’s untimely death in the hometown she left behind. Everyone in the tiny town of Creation is a suspect, she learns. Trigger Warning also stars Mark Webber and Anthony Michael Hall. Decider’s John Serba praised Alba’s charismatic performance in the feature, writing, “This isn’t the beginning of Alba’s Oscar campaign, but it’s good to see her in fighting form, convincingly exercising a little toughness and emotion while carrying a slightly-better-than-average action picture.”

'Jigsaw'
It looks like Jigsaw’s back. In Jigsaw, the third installment of the gruesome horror series, police fear that the Jigsaw killer is back from the dead while investigating a string of grisly murders bearing his calling card. The 2017 feature follows the latest group of John Kramer’s victims, each of whom was chosen because they contributed to another person’s death at some point. Meanwhile, a team of detectives begin to turn on each other while investigating the crimes. Is John Kramer back from the dead? Or is the new Jigsaw Killer in their midst?
'Warcraft'
Based on the popular video game, Warcraft follows the epic clash between humans and orcs after the orc army, known as the Horde, invades Azeroth using a magic portal. The warrior Anduin Lothar (Travis Fimmel), wizard Medivh (Ben Foster), and King Llane (Dominic Cooper) must unite to fight off the true horror behind the all-encompassing war.
'A Family Affair'
It’s the romcom pairing you never knew you needed. A Family Affair stars Zac Efron as an egotistical movie star who’s become disillusioned with fame when he meets Brooke (Nicole Kidman), who happens to be the mother of his 24-year-old personal assistant Zoey. This new Netflix romcom features several funny and memorable moments, especially with Efron’s remarkable performance, but it’s worth tuning in to watch these three very different characters find themselves, with each other’s help.
