‘9-1-1’ Season 7
Following a 10-month hiatus that included a FOX cancelation, an ABC pickup, and the 2023 WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Tim Minear’s ambitious procedural drama 9-1-1 is finally back on TV. In an interview with Decider, 9-1-1‘s Peter Krause described the first three episodes — which show chaos unfold on Bobby (Krause) and Athena’s (Angela Bassett) honeymoon cruise — as “an action, romantic comedy, disaster movie [with] pirates, some bitcoin, and a love triangle” that’s like “overloaded nachos for your brain.” With ABC treating 9-1-1 like a first-season show, the series is reinvigorated and raring to take fans on another wild ride. Compelling storylines lie ahead for Bathena, Hen (Aisha Hinds), Chimney (Kenneth Choi), Buck (Oliver Stark), Eddie (Ryan Guzman), and Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt), with a Bachelor crossover, 100th episode, and Madney wedding still to come.
