‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’
Breakfast at Tiffany’s introduced us all to the charming and enchanting Holly Golightly, brought to life onscreen by Audrey Hepburn after Truman Capote first created the character in his 1958 book. Blake Edwards’ film follows Golightly’s New York City antics as she sleeps in late in her iconic blue eye mask, fills her tiny apartment with the most fabulous parties and befriends her mysterious new neighbor, a classically handsome struggling writer named Paul (George Peppard). It’s a romantic trip back to a New York City of the past, but it remains as timeless as ever.
