‘Good Time’
Good Time, a heist thriller directed by upstart directorial duo the Safdie Brothers, is one of those kinds of movies that grabs ahold of you and refuses to let go until the closing credits. By the end, my pulse was pounding and jaw was aching from having been clenched for the entirety of the movie’s 90ish minute running time. Robert Pattinson eviscerates the memory of Edward Cullen with his deeply committed portrayal of a gritty, goateed Queens native whose intelligence can’t quite keep up with his greed or ambition.
