‘Insecure’ Season 2

If you’ve heard that Insecure is the best show on TV right now, you weren’t lied to. It’s the truth. Issa Rae stars in the HBO comedy that is sexier than anyone was ready for, funnier than we truly deserve, and so secure in its storytelling, they might have to consider changing the whole name of the show. The social commentary is as important as the mirror raps are entertaining, and very, very few shows can claim as much social media activity as this one can. Move over Daenerys, HBO’s got a new queen.
