‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’
While the rest of the world is packing into the movie theater for Avengers: Infinity War, why not get more bang for your buck on the small screen with Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? For the first few seasons, the show played second fiddle to the movies, tweaking plot as the universe changed. But in the background they were building an excellent ensemble of everyday superheroes that could put any other team to shame. Anchored by Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, and Chloe Bennet as the vibrationally powered Quake, the show is fast, funny and manages to shine a light in the darkness of Marvel’s comic book universe. In a recent episode, cast member Ming-Na Wen’s character joked that the Agents have a “small, but active fanbase.” Join them, won’t you?
