‘Meet The Robinsons’
Meet The Robinsons is not only one of my favorite Disney animated movies, but also one of the most underrated in my opinion. Viewers first meet Lewis, a 12-year-old inventor growing up in an orphanage. After his Memory Scanner is taken by the Bowler Hat Guy and his hat/sidekick Doris, Lewis meets a boy named Wilbur Robinson. The two travel to the future in a time machine, where Lewis ultimately discovers more about himself than he could ever imagine. 2000s kids like myself will also appreciate the Jonas Brothers’ “Kids of the Future,” their take on Kim Wilde’s “Kids In America” recorded for the film.
