‘The Kids Are Alright’
The Who’s ‘rockumentary’ The Kids Are Alright is much like its subject: often frenzied, at times wild, and always thrilling, if all over the place. The late 70s doc, directed by a young superfan, combines live performances with rare TV appearances, and acts as a kind of audio/visual scrapbook. Though the film can be a disjointed ride, the power of this great rock band shines through.
