World Wrestling Entertainment has found success with streaming video. The company announced that its WWE Network subscription service now has 1.23 paid subscribers, reports Home Media Magazine. Launched early last year, the $9.99 service offers up WWE content, along with original programing like “Beast in the East,” “NXT Takeover: Brooklyn” and the “Stone Cold Podcast.” But don’t expect the company to stand pat; CEO Vince McMahon says the company intends to “leverage our brand and content initiatives” over the coming year.
