TrustArc maintains a comprehensive security program to ensure protection of your personal data. Our Technical and Organizational Measures (or “TOMS'') details the security and privacy controls that are implemented by TrustArc across the TrustArc Platform. These measures include, but are not limited to: encryption in-transit via Transport Layer Security ("TLS") v1.2 and at rest via Advanced Encryption Standard ("AES") 256-bit for Customer Content, utilizing a world-class enterprise-grade cloud data hosting provider with comprehensive security safeguards, maintaining intrusion detection systems, logging, and response plans, including organizational controls, security operations, and incident management.
Alongside these security measures is our regular internal security controls that includes an annual assessment using a qualified external third-party auditor, in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”) Service Organization Control ("SOC") 2 Type II controls and standards.
