Their rocky and passionate romance has kept Poldark viewers captivated for three turbulent series.
And it seems that Ross Poldark and Demelza may finally get their happy ever after as they were seen filming blissful scenes for the hit show's fourth series in Cornwall on Tuesday.
Poldark and Demelza, played by Aidan Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson, were seen sharing a passionate kiss on a windswept beach, as the beautiful redhead holds onto their toddler daughter Clowance.
And the new location shoot revealed just how many people it takes to put the passion in Poldark - with the intimate beach scene being acted out in front of a huge entourage of crewmembers.

Aidan, 34, looked handsome in a dark aubergine coat, paired with a brown waistcoat, black trousers and black riding boots as he tenderly embraced his love during the emotional scene.
The pair then shared an intimate moment as they stared into each other's eyes and rested their heads on one another.
Another happy scene saw Demelza, this time accompanied by the couple's son Jeremy, joyfully running up and down the beach.

Making amends: The family looked to have moved on from the dramas of last series, which saw Demelza seek solace in the arms of naval office Lieutenant Hugh Armitage, played by Burberry model Josh Whitehouse
Poldark was also seen having some father-son time with little Jeremy, who appeared to be around the age of five, indicating the latest series moves forward some years into the future.
The show is expected to return in early summer 2018.
And while the filming may be exciting for many fans, it was something of a nuisance for the residents of Wells in Somerset - who complained about production 'taking over' the town during series three filming earlier this ear.
Residents were said to be furious that filming kept them out of their own neighbourhood, with barriers put up around the area to ward off fans.
Small businesses also alleged that production has affected their trade and is stopping deliveries from being placed to their door.

Speaking in February, Julie Lloyd - who owns a cafe opposite where filming took place, told Somerset Live: 'From a business point of view it's not great - we don't get a lot of benefit from it, but it affects us a lot.
'We've had difficulties getting a delivery through today and this kind of thing happens a lot in Wells - there is no compensation considering the high rates we pay.'
Meanwhile, the Poldark family looked to have moved on from the dramas of last series, which saw Demelza seek solace in the arms of naval office Lieutenant Hugh Armitage, played by Burberry model Josh Whitehouse and frolic with him in some sand dunes while her husband headed into battle.
There may have been an element of revenge to the smooch, as it came after Demelza was informed that Ross had only recently kissed Elizabeth Warleggan, his first love and former fiancé.

The secret affair followed an impassioned declaration of love by former prisoner of war Lt Armitage, who has been pursuing Demelza over the last few weeks in secret and who asked her if she would make love with him after revealing his eyesight was deteriorating.
Viewers saw the scorned wife returning home to Poldark's bed after her tryst with Lt Armitage.
Both looked shaken and slightly ashamed as he took her into his arms - knowing (pretty much) where she'd been, who with, and what they'd been doing but still venturing: 'Demelza may I ask…'

Gabriella looked lovely in a pretty pink gown afternoon dress and an amethyst hat with Luke wearing a striking chocolate suit.
The fourth series of the hit drama is expected to air in summer 2018 and will take in the period up until Christmas 1799.
