Ticketing

  • Do I need a SeatGeek account to access my tickets?
    • Yes, a SeatGeek account is needed to access your tickets. For information on how to create a SeatGeek user account, click HERE.
  • Do I need the SeatGeek app to access my tickets?
    • For a seamless entry, we recommend downloading the SeatGeek app. If you use an iPhone or iPad, simply download the SeatGeek app from the Apple app store. If you're an Android user, go to the Google Play store.
  • Can I print my tickets?
    • Tickets will not be available for print or emailed to you. Tickets must be presented at the Tournament via your mobile phone. Screenshots are not valid.  Mobile entry is easy, convenient and keeps your tickets secure.
  • Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
    • Yes, all ticket types will be for sale at the main entrance (subject to availability). Cash and credit cards are accepted. For more ticketing FAQs, click HERE.
  • Will my military ID be accepted as entry?
    • Military members can claim up to two (2) complimentary General Admission tickets per day. To claim your tickets and view our military ticket policy, click HERE. To claim your two (2) Daily complimentary General Admission tickets at the gate, please visit us at Will Call with a valid military ID.
  • Will my PGA membership card be accepted as entry?
    • All industry professionals can apply for two (2) Weekly complimentary General Admission tickets ahead of time. Our ticket request form can be found HERE. To claim tickets at the gate with your membership ID, please visit us at Will Call with a valid ID.

Transportation and Parking

  • Can I be dropped off at the main entrance?
    • Only vehicles with proper credentials will be allowed through the Lake Manassas gates. All other spectators must use the shuttle service from the Jiffy Lube Live parking lot. More information on parking can be found HERE.
  • I booked at one of the preferred hotels. Are there any shuttles organized to transport me to the event?
    • Shuttles are not available from our Official Hotel Network properties. All spectators must use the shuttle service from the Jiffy Lube Live off-site parking lot.
  • Where is the rideshare lot located?
    • Rideshare pick-ups and drop-offs will be located at the Jiffy Lube Live parking lot. Shuttle service will be available to/from Robert Trent Jones Golf Club. More information on parking can be found HERE.
  • Will there be Disabled Parking at the Jiffy Lube Live parking lot?
    • Yes, disabled parking spots are available on a first come, first served basis. A wheelchair-accessible shuttle will be located at this lot.
  • When will shuttle times/schedule be available?
    • Shuttle schedules will be communicated and published on our website late August 2024.

Additional FAQs

  • Can I bring a backpack?
    • Backpacks (except for the drawstring variety and diaper bags) and/or purses bigger than 12" x 12” x 12” are NOT allowed. All persons and items are subject to search prior to being granted access to a tournament.
  • Can I enter the tournament grounds with food or beverage?
    • No outside food or beverage is permitted upon admittance except for infant needs. Gluten-free options are available at all concessions and hospitality areas.
  • What other items are prohibited?

  • Will there be mobility scooters available for rent?
    • Mobility scooters will not be available for rent at this event. Health Services cart shuttle drivers will be available to disabled guests at the following locations:
      • Fan Zone (Main Entrance)
      • The Great Lawn (#1 Tee)
      • Solheim Pavilion (#14 Fairway)
      • Garrison Brothers Lakehouse (#7 Green)
