"You must fight energetically, since you know very well what great wounds the undefiled Spouse of Christ Jesus
has suffered, and how vigorous is the destructive attack of Her enemies."

Ecclesiastical Approbation

In Today's Catholic World carries the approbation in writing of the (True) Petrine Hierarchy in exile i.e., connected with Pope Gregory XVII. It faithfully adheres to the rules for Catholic Journals mandated by Leo XIII in the Apostolic Constitution Officiorum ac Munerum, January 25, 1897 - so heavily re-stressed by Pius X in Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907.

St. Ignatius of Antioch - "Let no one do anything of concern to the Church without the bishop. Let that be considered a valid Eucharist which is celebrated by the bishop or by one whom he ordains [i.e., a presbyter]. Wherever the bishop appears, let the people be there; just as wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church." (Letter to the Smyrneans 8:2 - 110 A.D.)

Important News Update!

(Sunday, May 21st, 2006 A.D.)

Fr. Khoat, the important priest that met with "Cardinal Siri" (a.k.a Pope Gregory XVII) in 1988 A.D., on May 20th 2006 A.D., on the 100th anniversary of the birthday of "Siri", publically confirmed (on video tape) that Pope Gregory XVII did appoint Cardinals before his Holiness (Pope Gregory XVII's) mysterious death on May 2nd, 1989 A.D. Fr. Khoat clarified that there are today (May 21, 2006 A.D.) true Cardinals that were appointed by Pope Gregory XVII still living (the underground Church).

(about Pope Gregory XVII) is not Father Khoat's story, this story is for the Kingdom." -Words of Father Khoat, January 2006 A.D.

Fr. Khoat
Fr. Khoat 2006 A.D.

Fr. Khoat, on May 5th, 2006 A.D., (the feast of St. Pius V), celebrated his 39th year of the holy Catholic Priesthood. Fr. Khoat was ordained on May 5th, 1967 A.D. He came from an upper class devout Roman Catholic family in Vietnam, his father was a the mayor of the town. Fr. Khoat as a young boy knew he was called to be a priest. He was trained in the finest schools in Vietnam (the former French colony) and on May 5th, 1967 A.D., perfectly fulfilled God's plan for this chosen soul, as he was ordained a Catholic priest in the Traditional Rite.

During this time his country began to find itself threatened from outside forces (and treacherous inside ones). The peaceful life he experienced as a boy and a young man soon drastically changed - the communists came to destroy order, and sadly were very successful. Although South Vietnam was bravely defended by her people, and also by many sacrificing American soldiers (not by the G.I.'s own- D.C. Masonic leaders) it would fall. For the young priest, of course the war was not over. This priest is now in his 39th year of his vocation and has not changed his view.

As Providence would have it, in 1975 A.D., Fr. Khoat led a group of Catholics across the ocean and chose to establish a community in Port Arthur, TX., as this was an excellent seaport for fishing (shrimping) which was the trade that many of his people excelled in. (The editor will expand more on this interesting story later, including Fr. Khoat's role in assisting his people in purchasing a fleet of fishing vessels and his heroic defense of the Traditional Catholic Faith [and] Mass.)

Fr. Khoat first met with "Cardinal Siri" in a tense brief private meeting at the Istituto Ravasco Convent
(located at Via Pio VIII, 28. 00165 Roma) on June 14th, 1988 A.D.

"He, Pope Gregory XVII, admitted in front of me that 'He was Pope Gregory XVII'. His (this) confirmation took place in Rome on June 14, 1988."
-Written statement by well known priest Fr. Khoat, who met with the Hidden Pontiff, His Holiness, Pope Gregory XVII ("Cardinal Siri").

Father Khoat has been a US citizen for more than 30 years. Most readers of TCW first heard about him from In Today's Catholic World major story of Fr. Khoat's meeting with Cardinal Siri in 1988 A.D., which was titled: Groundbreaking Testimony Reveals "Cardinal Joseph Siri" Acknowledged that He Was Pope Gregory XVII, and was Under a "Constant Death Threat", in which ("Siri")- after persistent questioning from Fr. Khoat, in a tense private moment at the Istituto Ravasco convent (located at Via Pio VIII, 28. 00165 Roma) on June 14th, 1988 A.D., confided to Fr. Khoat, that indeed he ("Siri") was the Pope, and that he was under a constant real threat of being killed.

Pope Siri (Q & A from "Cardinal Siri" 30 Days Magazine January 17, 1985 A.D.)

Q. What have been the difficult times in your life -?

A. Siri: "I do not believe some things should be discussed publicly. I have lived a very long life, and I have known men... and traitors. But I have never revealed the names of the traitors. I do not perform the work of the executioner. I know, however, how much it costs to speak the truth. They have not succeeded in making me ill, but they have succeeded in making me sad and depressed. But Jeremiah had enough lamentations; there's no need for me to add to them."

[Regarding the "conclave" after the death of Antipope JP 1]: "I was convinced the choice would fall on Siri, whose future name of Gregory XVII was already being bandied about by so-called experts. There is a rule of silence regulating the course of conclaves. ...I later met Cardinal Siri several times at the Ravasco Institute where he stayed in Rome, but he never said anything about the cardinals choice."
-Giulio Andreotti, Editor of (the novus ordo sect run) 30 Days Magazine *May 4, 2006

*(Note from the Editor of TCW: this revealing quote from the Editor of 30 Days Magazine, was collected by an investigator, Mr. Luis Gonzalez on 01/22/07: who in turn forwarded it to TCW. The Editor of TCW verified the accuracy of the quote in the original Italian (and the English translation) of the Andreotti 05/04/06 article, and posted it on TCW's website on 01/22/07. TCW is grateful for this and other research material Mr. Gonzalez has kindly forwarded.)

Through a contact of Fr. Khoat's, TCW was put in touch with this providential priest (Fr. Khoat) last December (2005 A.D.).
Fr. Khoat verified the accuracy of the story that TCW ran on Sept 3rd concerning his meeting with Pope Gregory XVII.

TCW would like to share for the first time ever some of the items from Father Khoat's successful mission in 1988 A.D., where he met "Cardinal Siri", and "Siri" revealed that indeed he was the Pope de jure (by law) and had been since 1958 A.D., when he was elected Pope and had chosen the name Gregory XVII. (These are just some of the items: *please note Fr. Khoat spent quite some time in Italy on this mission and in fact, it did not "happen overnight" (it took three months of prayers and hard work - Fr. Khoat offered the Tridentine Mass in Padua, Italy for a miracle from St. Anthony to find the rumored Pope in exile "Siri"). TCW learned that Fr. Khoat paid for his own ticket to fly to Italy to hopefully meet with "Siri" and for one extended period of his quest, rented an apartment in Genoa close to an area where he knew that "Cardinal Siri" was at times reported to be seen - although always with a group of individuals [guarded].)

Fr. Khoat is an important and humble individual, he did meet with Pope Siri at least three times when he was living. After the death of His Holiness, Pope Gregory XVII on May 2, 1989 A.D., Fr. Khoat in a very short space of time went seven times to Rome. Fr. Khoat has not diminished one bit in his determination to complete his mission.

Fr. Khoat recently expressed to the Editor of TCW that he had been in a study with important others about the message of Our Lady of La Salette.
He is recommending all Catholics to meditate on Our Lady of La Salette's message, especially the *Secret of La Salette that can be read here.

"God will send two punishments: one will be in the form of wars, revolutions and other evils; it shall originate on earth. The other will be sent from Heaven. There shall come over the whole earth an intense darkness lasting three days and three nights. Nothing can be seen, and the air will be laden with pestilence which will claim mainly, but not only, the enemies of religion. It will be impossible to use any man-made lighting during this darkness, except blessed candles. He, who out of curiosity, opens his window to look out, or leaves his home, will fall dead on the spot. During these three days, people should remain in their homes, pray the Rosary and beg God for mercy...All the enemies of the Church, whether known or unknown, will perish over the whole earth during that universal darkness, with the exception of a few whom God will soon convert. The air shall be infected by demons who will appear under all sorts of hideous forms." -Blessed Anna Maria Taigi

The gentle St. Bernard did not honey his words when he attacked the enemies of the faith. Addressing Arnold of Brescia, the great Liberal agitator of his times, he calls him in all his letters "seducer, vase of injuries, scorpion, cruel *wolf."
