So far, excellent service throughout. Everyone is so at-tentative and on an issue within any initial onboarding issues. If the level of service we have so far experienced carries on like this then we will be more than pleased!

OMG Jessica in customer support is the best! My site wasn't loading on my laptop; I kept getting expired SSL certificate errors even though Jessica was able to verify that the certificate was current.
I am not a web designer and know zilch about the technical aspects. But I felt like I was in good hands. Jessica was kind and patient and was ready to work the problem until she figured it out - it took over an hour! She even gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Jessica is amazing at her job - do whatever you have to to keep her! Kudos to her and to whoever trained her.
Customer service like this is exactly why I chose Pressable and why I will stay with you folks!

I can't sing enough praise to the customer service team at Pressable. It would sound like a paid infomercial, so I'll keep it simple - its such a relief knowing my hosting service is flawless & timely any time I need them. Most chats are bots thee days, and completely worthless. Best customer service Ive dealt with in any industry not just ecommerce or web related svcs. Thank you Pressable!

Can't tell you how many over-the-top efforts the support team at Pressable has made on behalf of clients I've worked with. Can be issues only semi-related to hosting, and they will still go out of their way to try to help solve. Have never seen anything like it and could not recommend more. Will never use another hosting service again. Nox, Zach, Matthew - you guys are rock stars.

The live chat support team are 100% engaged with me when I'm explaining issues. No stock or auto responses, just well thought out solutions immediately implemented. In the 10 + years that I've used Pressable for hosting I've never had an issue with the product or service. Today one of my websites went down and Mubashir saved me! My website was back up and running in minutes and Mubashir pointed me in the right direction for troubleshooting as well. I really appreciate Pressable. Thank you.

This company is outstanding. Never seen such a company that helps customers with everything. Normally a hosting company sends a copy-paste message and doesn't help. Pressable is one of the companies that help and fix things in some cases for you so you don't have to wait or do difficult tasks. I'm really happy with this company and host two of my concepts there.

Pressable has the best service. Matthew and all the other guys and gals there really know their domain and always go above and beyond helping me with the backend stuff of my websites. Hosting and server stuff is usually a drag, but because of Pressable, all issues and problems are taken care of in a matter of minutes. As a full-time blogger with multiple websites, this is the best hosting company anyone could wish for.

Awesome Technical Assistance
Frankly, I am a layman when it comes to websites. They help me with issues on my site that aren't really their problem and it is invaluable.
I have only had two issues: 1) outage due to a fiberoptic cable being cut (not pressable's fault) 2) security protocols they installed on thier host servers shut down my contact forms (pressable's fault but they fixed it that day).

Pressable has been a God send for our business. As a web developer we needed a hosting partner we could trust. A lot of the big name hosting companies don't offer the level of customer support and tried and true hosting technology. We host over 150 websites with Pressable and it's been nothing short of fantastic for us.

I have never seen a company provide such an excessive display of enthusiasm to help solve a wordpress problem.
It gives me great discomfort to know that they, as humans, are happier troubleshooting software than I was at my only child's birthing. It makes me question my life choices.
Am doing what I love? Am I ever happy? Am I even capable of being happy?

Great value for the quality of hosting received and AMAZING support.
I have tried numerous other high-quality WP hosts such as WP Engine and Kinsta. They were all great but the interactions I have had with the team at Pressable have been nothing but amazing. The support team has saved me days of work and troubleshooting on numerous occasions. I can't thank them enough.
