Highly recommended! Transported my lifted Jeep Wrangler on 35s from OH to NC. It was picked up within 24 hrs and arrived in NC less than 24 hrs after pickup. No issues at all. The process was easy & the price was very competitive for the level of service received.

Could not be happier. Shipping with Nexus and only having to rent an enclosed trailer saved us $600 over renting a truck and tow dolly. The car was picked up and delivered when promised and we were kept in the loop during shipping. Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!!!

Nexus is an excellent transport company! The customer service was a 10/10! There was great communication from start to finish. The dispatcher kept me informed every step of the way, the driver was friendly and helpful. I received my car in 12 hours and everything was intact. They have multiple payment options which is a plus. I've already referred this company to a friend!!Keep up the excellent customer service!!

The representative was very helpful. She took her time and found a pickup schedule that fit the day I needed. The driver that they sent was very helpful and he delivered the car the same day even though the schedule was delivery a couple of days later. Every one was very professional and helpful. After the delivery I received a follow up call just to ensure everything was ok. I will definitely use this company again.

I had an excellent experience with Nexus Auto Shipping. They were incredibly efficient in transporting my vehicle from NYC to Texas. The delivery was quick, and their communication was top-notch, keeping me updated at each stop along the way. I was relieved to find my car arrived without any damages, dings, or issues. I contracted Nexus to ship my car (Jeep Grand Chrokee) from Claifornia to Virginia. Nexus contracts that business ot to transportation companies acting as only the Broker. The car was severely damaged during transport. Nexus says the 3rd party is responsible and the 3rd party will not cover the damages as they claim it was an act of God. Nexus refuses to cover the over $8000 in damages either. Nexus does not make sure that the 3rd party companies they use have FULL coverage so you will be out if anything happens to your vehicle. I would totally stay away from Nexus and make sure the company you hire has full insurance coverage including storms, hail, or any other "act of God" issues or totally stay away. Nexus will not take responsibility and hide under that they are only the Broker! DO NOT USE THEM

I scheduled to have my car picked up within a 3 day window, Wed- Fri. I called Wed. since I hadn't heard anything. They said communications about my shipment were happening. Friday morning I woke up to a text from 3am, asking me to call them. When I called, they asked if Sunday was ok for pick up. I said no, that it had to be Friday, since I was moving the next day & my plane leaves at 6am. They said they would call back in about 20 minutes. I couple hours later I called them. They said they were in communication with drivers. I called a couple more times throughout the day. Same info. Finally I was told they had a driver that could pick up Sat. around noon & they would call me back at 7pm with the driver's info & confirmation. They didn't call. I called a few times & they never answered the phone. They ghosted me. Now I'm across the country & my car is sitting in CA. I have to find a reliable transport co. & find someone that can be available sometime over a window of 3 days, to be there when my car gets picked up. This is a big deal. Nexus Auto Transportation should be avoided.
