Wes has come out to our place twice to fix issues with our main heat pump and a mini split unit. He’s very prompt, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and does good work….and he shows up when he says he’s going to show up! He’ll shoot you straight. I am a good distance from him, but he’s always willing to come help us out.

Used this company in the winter when our heat was messed up. Reached out to him because our ac stopped working. Within 30 minutes he had a tech come out and get us up and running again. Amazing companies are hard to come by, but I promise you. If you need any HVAC work. They will do you right and take amazing care of you. I will never use anyone else for our Heat and AC needs!

I was in a terrible spot with my air conditioning being out in the exhaustive heat. I had received a previous estimate for repair that I couldn’t afford and felt I was being told it was time for a new unit instead of serious consideration for a possible repair. I looked up a thread on a FB-Huntsville page about honest local repair men and found great reviews for Wes and Cooper Climate Control as being an honest guy that will do his level best to save one from having to spend thousands on repair or even a new unit. I wrote to Cooper explaining my situation and Wes wrote me back offering to do whatever he could to help. As soon as recent rain let up Cooper Climate Control was there and getting me up and running again. I feel so much better having reached out to Wes at Cooper Climate Control knowing I got honest work and an honest assessment. I will be sending my business his way in the future.

Wes is a HERO. Our AC went out last Wednesday when it was 100 degrees outside, and our home warranty couldn’t get anybody out there until the following Wednesday (one week later!). Thermostat was showing 88 in the house… We called Wes on Thursday afternoon and he came out THAT NIGHT, knew immediately what the problem was, and got it fixed then and there. Cannot recommend highly enough! Call Cooper Climate Control!

Our upstairs A/C stopped cooling on a Sunday. Heat index had been in the 100's over the past few weeks and I knew the likely hood of finding a company to come out immediately was next to impossible. I made a post on our neighborhood facebook page and Wesley Cooper responded. I had never heard of Cooper Climate Control before his response. When I called Wes to see when he could get to me, (expected a 2-3 day response or longer) he was here within 30 minutes. I explained some previous work that had been done. He went into the attic and showed me the frozen coil. He thawed it out and serviced the system and got me back up and running. He also added some dye to help locate a leak he thought i might have. We agreed to wait a week or two for the dye to work and he would come out and look for a leak. The AC went out again a few days later. Wes sent one of his guys by to check it out and he found the leak. The fan shroud on the outdoor unit had rubbed through a coolant line. His guy had it fixed and running in a few hours. I cannot say enough about Wesley Cooper and Cooper Climate Control. He and his technician were very honest, professional, prompt, and courteous. I asked a lot of questions and they did not seem to mind answering them. A great non big branded company that puts the customers needs up front. If you want it done and done right, call Cooper Climate Control!

We arrived home from our beach vacation to find our air conditioning wasn’t working. We called Cooper Climate Control and Wes arrived at our home at 8:30 p.m. He found the problem and repaired it within 20 minutes. Wes is extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend Cooper Climate Control.

I needed to have the semi-annual inspection and maintenance done on my home’s HVAC system. Since I had lived in an apartment for a few years, I hadn’t needed to deal with that issue since moving to Huntsville. But I’m a homeowner now, so having my HVAC system looked after is a necessity. I wasn’t sure which business to use, but I remember seeing Wes Cooper’s name on the NextDoor app several times, and ppl seemed really pleased with his work so I decided to call Cooper Climate Control. From the beginning when I initially spoke to him to schedule the maintenance appointment, through to the completion of the job, Mr. Cooper was friendly and professional, as one might expect. But beyond that, he was also very considerate of an unusual situation we had. I have a special needs daughter who is very frightened by strangers in our home; so if someone is coming inside to do work, I have to have her outside on the back patio so she won’t see or hear them (even though she’s aware that there’s someone doing work inside the house). Unfortunately, to get to the outside HVAC unit, you have to also walk right past our back patio. So this required me to set my daughter up on the patio while Wes was inside, then have him go out the front door and wait there while I brought my daughter inside through the back door, then Wes was able to walk around the house, past the patio, and over to the HVAC unit. Admittedly, it must have all seemed a little unusual to Mr. Cooper, but even when I first explained this to him, he was very respectful of our needs and accommodated us in every way, without making it seem like a hassle to him or anything. That meant a lot to me, because ours is a pretty unique circumstance and some ppl have been a bit less understanding Also, I followed him around asking him questions about my system and about the things he was doing. He didn’t seem the slightest bit perturbed by it (as some might be). He had a very friendly demeanor and seemed genuinely glad to help me understand the process. Final Thoughts: Mr. Cooper seems like a good human being, as well as a competent HVAC professional. Thankfully, my system is in good shape and didn’t need any major work — just a routine checkup and a new capacitor. But I’ve read reviews and comments by some of his other clients that praise him for his expert work on their systems, and his willingness to respond to their needs after normal hours and on very short notice. A happy customer base means he must be doing something right! Cooper Climate Control is recommended with confidence. 👍👍
